1.Summer Reading

Read both novels:
Esperanza Rising by Pam Muñoz Ryan
Esperanza Rising PDF / Esperanza Rising Audiobook
Hatchet by Gary Paulsen
Hatchet PDF / Hatchet Audiobook

Flag major events in each chapter using sticky notes with a bullet point or one sentence summary of the major event. Both novel PDF and audiobook links are provided in case you have a preference.

2. Orientation

Our 7th grade orientation will be held on

Friday, July 31st from 8:00am to 12:30pm
Lunch (Pizza) will be served at 12:30.

Students will be able to pick up their schedule and books afterwards.

UPA’s front desk is open Monday-Thursday starting June 15th from 8:00am - 2:00pm for novel check out.
